The STX Module has the board dimensions and mouting hole scheme according to PC/104+. The mechanical specification is shown below.

STX Module fastening

Fastening mechanism for Bare STX Module consists of four mounting holes only.

Fastening mechanism for Boxed STX Module consists of four mounting holes in PCB and four inner threads M3×5 mm.

STX Module heights

The overall height of STX Module depends on its type (Type I. / Type II.) and style (Boxed / Bare). The Type I. / Type II. also specifies the plug type used.

Bare / Boxed STX Module Heights

For Bare STX Module, the height dimension "A" means the height of the PCB plus height of the components on the top side. In opposite, the height dimension "A" for Boxed STX Module means the height of the PCB plus cooling mechanism height.
