STX Terminology – STX Baseboard
 
STX Baseboard provides receptacles for STX Module, supplies it with power and interfaces it with peripherals and expansion slots.

The STX Baseboard can be designed in accordance with different formats – AT, ATX, LPX, NLX, PC-104 or custom format (see examples in table below).

Side and View Definitions

Top side of the STX Baseboard is defined as the side equipped with the STX Interface receptacles.
Bottom side is the opposite side.

Top view for the STX Baseboard is defined as view at the top side.
In opposite, bottom view is defined as view at the bottom side.
